劉以達のソロアルバム『麻木』を気に入って聴いていて、”yellow”に参加して欲しいとお願いするために香港に会いに行ったら、私の色のコンセプトを理解して、すでに曲を書いて待っていてくれた。この曲は聴いた瞬間に「黄」が見えるようでとても気に入り、詞を付けさせてもらった。その後、もの凄い数のファクスをやりとりしつつ、香港～イギリス～日本で録音を完成させることができた。

I liked Lau Yee Tat’s solo album, and went to Hong Kong to ask him to take part in the “yellow” project. He understood my concept of the colour, and already had some songs ready. I could see “yellow” in it and liked this song as soon as I listened to it at his house, then he got me to write lyrics. We sent thousands of faxes to each other and finally managed to finish recording this song in Hong Kong, UK and Japan.
